The Tiago EV, which uses Ziptron technology, has two drive modes and a multi-mode regen system. The 24 kWh option is said to have a Modified Indian Driving Cycle (MIDC) range of 315 km, while the smaller 19.2 kWh battery pack has a stated range of 250 km. The battery pack is IP67 rated for water and dust resistance.

Citroen eC3

Citroen made its debut in India with the high-end C5 Aircross, and this year the C3 compact hatchback with strong volume targets followed. The company has stated that the C3’s electric version will be the next to go on sale in India, and it is anticipated that it would be built on the eCMP architecture. Although the mechanical details are still unknown, it might have a driving range of about 300 kilometres.

It will use Citroen’s unique design cues along with the same style as its ICE sibling. The electric Citroen eC3 should go on sale soon

MG Air EV

The two-door Air EV from MG Motor India will debut in the first half of 2023. In comparison to the Tiago EV or the eC3, the city runabout will be lower in size but provide more upscale features.

The India-specific Air EV might make its premiere during the upcoming Greater Noida 2023 Auto Expo before going on sale early in the following year. Its entire length is 2.9 metres and its wheelbase is 2.01 metres. It is based on the Wuling Air EV. It will be equipped with twin 10.25-inch screen arrangements, among other things. A 25 kWh battery pack with a 150 km real-world range might power it.
