Asaduddin Owaisi Maharashtra Rally: AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi fiercely attacked the central government in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. Referring to the ongoing controversy over Gyanvapi Masjid, Taj Mahal and Qutub Minar, Owaisi said that BJP and RSS together want to erase our mark. He questioned whether topi and mosque are a threat to the country?
“This India is neither mine, nor Uddhav Thackeray’s, nor Modi, nor Shah’s. If India belongs to anyone, it belongs to Dravidians and Adivasis. People had come from four places but BJP is only after Mughals,” he said. The country belongs to Dravidian tribals. BJP is doing Mughal-Mughal day and night. Is inflation because of the Mughals? Is unemployment due to Mughal
He further claimed that ‘if someone speaks against PM Modi, Uddhav Thackeray, Sharad Pawar or Yogi Adityanath, then strict action is taken against them. But no legal action is taken when someone says something against our faith.’
He also targeted the RSS fiercely. Owaisi said that RSS is against Muslims. The RSS and the BJP have declared a war. Referring to the ongoing controversy over mosques, Owaisi said that Babri was snatched from us before, now efforts are being made to snatch Gyanvapi.
On the arrest of AIMIM leader and party president Khalid Guddu from Bhiwandi in Maharashtra, he said that it is an insult to justice. He said that Shiv Sena and NCP are intoxicated with power. They should know that power does not last forever. Owaisi told a conspiracy to arrest Khalid Guddu and send him to jail.
“In the assembly elections, NCP leaders were asking to vote for Owaisi so that BJP, Shiv Sena can be stopped. After the elections, NCP got married to Shiv Sena. I don’t know who is the bride among the three parties,” the AIMIM chief said.
Owaisi also demanded the release of AIMIM Bhiwandi leader Khalid Guddi, who was arrested for multiple offences in 2020. Calling Guddu “innocent”, the AIMIM chief requested Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackery to release him.
