Ather 450 Apex: A brand-new scooter is about to be launched in India, as Ather Energy has formally disclosed on its social media accounts. Set to launch on January 6, 2024, the much anticipated 450 Apex now has a release date. As the company’s most high-performance model to date, this new electric scooter is endorsed as the pinnacle of the 450 platform. Read on to know all about the scooter.
Ather 450 Apex expected powertrain details
The 450 Apex is anticipated to be the company’s most performance-focused e-scooter to date. It might benefit from an electric motor that is stronger, which would enable faster acceleration and a higher top speed. The website states that there will be four riding modes available for the 450 Apex: Eco, Ride, Sport, and Warp+.
A 6.4 kW electric motor producing 26 Nm of torque powers the 450X at the moment. Ather promises to reach a top speed of 90 km/h and go from 0 to 40 km/h in 3.3 seconds. With a single charge, the 3.7 kWh battery pack that powers the e-scooter can travel 150 kilometres.
