Ather 450S: Ather Energy, a Bangalore-based company, has revealed a significant Rs 20,000 price reduction for its entry-level 450S electric scooter. The 450S is now available for Rs 1,09,000 (ex-showroom, Bangalore). Amazingly, the ex-showroom price of an e-scooter in Delhi is currently Rs 97,500. According to the company, the price has been lowered to make the electric scooter more affordable for potential customers, particularly those who live in tier-2 and tier-3 areas.
Ather 450S powertrain details
With an IDC range of 115 km, the 450S is equipped with a 2.9kWh battery pack. Claimed to reach 0–40 kmph in 3.9 seconds, it has a maximum speed of 90 kmph. An app-enabled seven-inch display with navigation help, fall prevention, emergency stop signal, coasting regeneration, and fall safety are among the electric scooter’s standout features.
Ather 450 Apex launched
The Apex 450 electric scooter, which retails for Rs 1.89 lakh ex-showroom, was finally unveiled in India by Ather Energy after several teases. The new Ather Apex 450, which will be the top model in the 450 series, has better performance than the 450S and 450X.
