Audi Q3 and Q3 Sportback are to be produced in India now, all you should know

Audi Q3 and Q3 Sportback: At the SAVWIPL plant in Aurangabad, India, the company started local production of the Audi Q3 and Audi Q3 Sportback after introducing them to the Indian market. With this, the Volkswagen Group reaffirms its dedication to Make in India and vows to keep improving its product line to satisfy the country’s affluent luxury market’s constantly changing needs. Additionally, the cost of these models has recently increased according to the brand. The Audi Q3 and Audi Q3 Sportback will have a 1.6% price hike starting on May 1, 2023.

Audi Q3 and Q3 Sportback

In August 2022, the second-generation Q3 was introduced in India; the Q3 Sportback followed in February 2023. The Q3 has been priced from Rs. 44.9 lakh (ex-showroom). In contrast, the Q3 Sportback’s starting price (ex-showroom) is Rs. 51.43 lakh.

Specifications

A 2.0L turbo-petrol engine is employed, producing 190 horsepower at its peak and 320 Nm of maximum torque, and the famed Quattro all-wheel-drive system is included as standard equipment. Thus, the Q3 Sportback boasts a 7.3-second 0–100 km/h time.
