Bajaj Chetak Premium Edition: The top two-wheeler manufacturer in the nation, Bajaj Auto, today introduced the new premium edition of its only electric scooter, the Bajaj Chetak, to the domestic market. With the introduction of the new premium edition, the cost of the current model has also been revised. The Bajaj Chetak range’s starting price has now been set at Rs 1,21,933 (ex-showroom). The starting price of the Premium Edition Bajaj Chetak is Rs. 1,51,910, though (ex-showroom, Bengaluru).

What’s different?
A premium appearance for the Chetak has been achieved in this new avatar. These three new, appealing colour options – Matt Course Grey, Matt Caribbean Blue, and Satin Black, will be offered for this scooter. A new all-colour LCD console that easily shows vehicle information is one of the extra features the company has added to the scooter in addition to this.
The premium two-tone seats, body-coloured rearview mirrors, satin black grab rail, and matching pillion footrest castings all add to the classic appearance of this vehicle. While a glossy charcoal-black theme has been applied to the headlight housing, blinkers, and centre trim components.
Price in India
Priced at Rs 1.51 lakh, the brand-new Chetak Premium 2023 Edition is Rs 29,977 more expensive than the regular Chetak, which sells for Rs 1.21 lakh (both prices ex-showroom Bengaluru).
