Bihar Cabinet Expansion: A total of 31 MLAs have taken oath in the Bihar cabinet. Out of which RJD 16, JDU 11, two from Congress, one from us and one independent MLA took oath. The number of Muslims in the new cabinet is five. The RJD has given the maximum number of seven seats to Yadavs, including Tej Pratap Yadav, the elder son of party president Lalu Prasad.

After the cabinet expansion, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar said that soon the portfolios will be divided. I will once again hold a meeting of the entire cabinet today.
