Amazon India: Amazon has onboarded its floating store on Dal Lake in Sri Nagar to make faster deliveries of products to its customers. This move of Amazon is hailed across the country.
With this, customers won’t have to struggle to get their ordered products from Amazon. They can get deliveries on time and won’t have to rely on Shikara to collect their orders. Apart from this, there is no need to depend on local businesses or shops to pick up their Amazon deliveries.
Now that the e-commerce site has onboarded its floating store on the lake, customers will be able to get their Amazon orders at the entrance of their houseboats.
This exciting task will be done by Murtaza Khan Kashi, who is the owner of the houseboat Selec Town. Through this boat, he will send Amazon products to customers by dropping the products at the entrance of the houseboat.
It has also been revealed that Murtaza will deliver products to customers every day. This way, he will also be able to expand his business which will lead to good earnings.
This Amazon Floating store is regarded as the epitome of innovation that makes small businesses in Sri Nagar progress.
Moreover, the Director of Amazon Logistics in India, Karuna Shankar Pande, said that this will strengthen Amazon’s delivery network. Apart from this, it will also enable quicker and more dependable deliveries to consumers throughout Srinagar.
