Apple has made another great record. After the continuous rise in Apple shares during the last few days, the market cap (Apple Mcap) of this tech company has reached close to three trillion dollars. Right now the market cap of the company has been 2.97 trillion dollars. In fact, Apple’s stock rose 1 percent in Wednesday’s trading to $189.90, its lifetime high. However, later this speed reduced slightly and closed in an increase of 0.4 percent. With this, the mcap of the company also increased to $2.97 trillion.
Crossed 3 trillion dollars on January 3 as well
At one point during Wednesday’s trading, the company’s market cap had crossed $3 trillion. Although this has happened once before. Even on January 3, 2022, during the trading, Apple’s mcap once crossed $ 3 trillion, but it came in a short time. The company has fully recovered the losses due to the sale of tech shares and is about to reach new highs.
According to Reuters, the company’s mcap has gained more than 45 per cent in the last 6 months. In 2023 alone, the value of its shares has increased by 46 per cent. It has taken almost 3 years for Apple to reach near the level of three trillion dollars from a two trillion dollar company. Earlier, it took two years for the company to become a $1 trillion to $2 trillion company.
