The high traffic seemed to overwhelm the system, leaving fans stranded as they awaited their chance to grab tickets. Many reported the site crashing before the sale even started, making it impossible to complete their bookings.

Frustrated fans quickly turned to X (formerly Twitter) to express their disappointment. Users shared humorous memes, sarcastic comments, and vented their anger over the crash. An hour before the ticket sale, BookMyShow had sent an alert to users, asking them to be ready at 12:00 pm. However, even with the advance notice, the platform was unable to accommodate the rush. Fans are now hoping that the platform resolves these issues in time for the next round of ticket sales, as Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres World Tour is one of the most anticipated concerts of 2025 in India.
