Samosa is considered to be the favorite snack of most of the people. People often like to eat samosas with tea, but this samosa became very expensive for a doctor. Actually, he had ordered samosas, due to which he lost about one lakh rupees.
A 27-year-old doctor working at KEM Hospital in Maharashtra’s Sion area had ordered samosas at 8.30 am on Saturday. He did not know that he would have to pay Rs 1.40 lakh for just 25 plates of samosas. The doctor told that on Saturday he was going to Karjat for a picnic with his friends, so he ordered samosas to eat on the way.
How did the forgery happen?
He ordered a total of 25 plates of samosas from Gurukripa restaurant, for which he was asked to pay Rs 1500 over the phone. The doctor made the payment on the given number. Then he got a call that his payment has not been done and he was asked to pay on another number. When he made the payment on the given number, the first 28 thousand rupees were deducted from his account. After that he got two-three more messages to deduct more money. The doctor immediately got his account blocked, but till then the thugs took away Rs 1.40 lakh from his account.
