The CEO of Microsoft Satya Nadela is upbeat about the future of the technology sector and refers to the current trends as “show time.” Furthermore, he also mentioned that the arrival of OpenAI’s ChatGPT artificially intelligent chatbox has been the most interesting advancement to date.

Also noted that the world economy is beginning to normalise and that the current slump in the IT sector is a result of Covid-19 outbreak which combined with the recession had slowed down the global economy.
Furthermore, it was noted that the tech platforms of mobile and cloud were what drove the industry’s expansion. However, Artificial Intelligence is currently a significant deal that will revolutionise the industry. Further indicated that after two years of downturn, the tech industry will go through a major growth cycle.
India among global leaders in Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects
Nadela went on to say that when it comes to AI initiatives, India is among the top countries in the world. Furthermore, it was said that given its economy’s 6-7 percent growth, India has enormous development potential.
He also stated that all stakeholders in India agree that digitization will lead to the next stage of growth. However, for growth to occur, public sector involvement must be combined with private sector innovation.
India has emerged as one of the economies that, in contrast to other nations, has been able to keep inflation and recession in check.
Nadela added that the Covid-19 pandemic had a negative influence on the world community and had taught people to be more compassionate.
