Silver and gold prices rose in the Indian bullion market on Wednesday for the second straight day. Silver increased by Rs 1255 per kg and gold by Rs 307 per 10 gram, to conclude the day at Rs 50751 and Rs 57851 respectively.
The price of gold increased by Rs 307 per 10 g on Wednesday, reaching Rs 50751. The price of the precious metal increased by Rs 382 per 10 g from its closing price of Rs 50,444 on Tuesday.
The cost of silver jumped by Rs. 1255 at the same time, closing at Rs. 56596 per kg. At Rs. 56596 per kg, the price of silver climbed by Rs. 1041 per kg.

Price changes for 14- to 24-carat gold
In this way, the price of 10 g of 24-carat gold increased by Rs 307 to Rs 50751, Rs 309 for 23-carat gold by Rs. 309 to Rs 50,551, 22-carat gold by Rs. 281 to Rs 46,488; 18-carat by Rs 230 to Rs 38,063 and 14-carat gold by Rs 179 to Rs 29,689 per 10 g.
From their all-time highs, gold is now around Rs. 5400 cheaper than before, while silver is now about Rs. 22000
Since its peak, the price of gold per 10 g has decreased by around Rs 5449. Let us inform you that gold reached its highest point ever in August 2020. At that point, the price of gold per 10 g was Rs 56,200. Silver was also declining in price at a rate of roughly Rs 22129 per kilogram from its peak. Silver is priced at Rs. 79980 per kilogram.
