At the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), gold futures slated to expire on April 5 edged lower by Rs 171 to Rs 55,416 per 10 grams (24-carat). Likewise, the silver price also came down by Rs 600 on MCX, quoting Rs 70,900 per kg.
Multi Commodity Exchange of India is the full form of MCX. It is an autonomous body for commodity exchange in India. It offers to trade in bullion, energy and agricultural commodities apart from non-ferrous metals.
