Gold Rate Today: For the third day in a row, gold and silver prices were trading on the lower side of the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). Gold futures with a maturity date of June 5, 2023 were trading at Rs 60,445 for 10 grammes, down Rs 58 or 0.10 percent. The previous high was 60,503 rupees.
Similarly, the price of silver futures on the MCX with a delivery date of May 5, 2023 fell by Rs 157, or 0.21 percent, to trade at Rs 75,395 per kg, down from the previous close of Rs 75,501.

Gold Rate Today: What’s up on MCX?

With a maturity date of June 5, 2023, gold futures on the MCX were trading at Rs 60,810 per 10 grammes, down Rs 170 or 0.28 percent. Similar to gold, which fell by Rs 191 or 0.25 percent, silver futures with a maturity date of May 5, 2023 experienced a decline and were trading at Rs 76,225 per kg on the MCX.

Multi Commodity Exchange of India is the full form of MCX. It is an autonomous body for commodity exchange in India. It offers to trade in bullion, energy and agricultural commodities apart from non-ferrous metals.

This is an exchange for commodities like the BSE is for stocks and shares. The MCX sells the products in bulk.

The price for the asset depends upon various factors and is not determined at MCX. The MCX Silver rates are set by trading activity and a bunch of different other factors.

The price of gold has decreased today compared to yesterday, according to IBJA. The price of gold has decreased from Rs 60251.00 per 10 kilos to Rs 59715.00 per 10 grammes today. The cost of silver, on the other hand, silver is decreased from Rs 72173.00 per kg. to Rs 71700.00 per kg.
