Gold Rate Today: Ten grams of 24-karat gold are now being sold on Thursday for Rs 51300, down from the market price of Wednesday. On January 12, the cost of a kilogramme of silver remained unchanged and sold for Rs 71800. The cost of ten grammes of 22-carat gold in Mumbai and Kolkata is Rs 51440. It costs Rs 52360 in Chennai and Rs 51590 in Delhi, Jaipur, and Lucknow for the same item.
Except for Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad, which had a price of Rs 73700 per kg, other major cities, including Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Pune, had a kilogramme of silver for Rs 71800 on January 12. This morning, the price of one grams of 22-carat gold was Rs 5,144, while the price for eight kilos was Rs 41,152. The price per gram of the precious metal is Rs 51,440 for ten grams and Rs 5,14,400 for one hundred grams.
