ChatGPT: Nowadays, companies use messaging services like WhatsApp to interact with their clients. As a result, chatbots are being used more and more to automate company-client interactions.
An example of one of these chatbots is ChatGPT, a big language model by OpenAI that you can integrate with WhatsApp to automate customer interactions by giving prompt and correct answers to consumer inquiries. In this article, we will tell you how to integrate ChatGPT with WhatsApp.
How to integrate ChatGPT with WhatsApp
Step 1: Make a chatbot on Kommunicate
You must first create an account in Kommunicate before you can create a chatbot. Depending on the needs of your business, you can sign up for a free trial of Kommunicate or choose one of its premium plans.
You need to create a new bot after registering. You can do this by clicking the “Create Bot” button in the “Bot Integrations” section of your Kommunicate dashboard.
You can choose whether you want the bot to handle all incoming chats or just those that it can answer on the page that follows.
Simply select “Let this bot handle all conversations” if you want the bot to manage all interactions, and you’re good to go.
Step 2: ChatGPT integration to the chatbot
Since ChatGPT answers can be easily incorporated into a Kommunicate chatbot, integrating ChatGPT with Kommunicate is simple. Enabling the integration can be done as easily as flipping a switch.
Simply carry out these easy actions to get started:
You can edit a newly created bot by using the Go to Bot Builder button.
Click Settings in the page’s upper-right corner.
The OpenAI ChatGPT Connect toggle should be turned on. Do disable the Small Talk option before turning on ChatGPT.
Since the integration is currently operational, you can check it out by going back to your bot builder page and clicking the Test Bot button.
Step 3: Now connect it to WhatsApp
In addition to creating the bot, you have already signed up for Kommunicate. Click the Go Live button after selecting WhatsApp from the Integrations menu.
Sending messages to the number associated with the account should work now that Kommunicate has been merged with the WhatsApp account. These communications will also be delivered to the Kommunicate chat. The chatbot will begin responding to your questions via WhatsApp conversation if it has already been integrated.
