The video features Vistara airline’s special flight UK1845, which landed in Mumbai from Delhi, carrying our beloved cricketers who were all set for their victory parade.
A Grand Escort and a Patriotic Gesture
The video showcases a Vistara plane being escorted by a Mahindra Scorpio N. Through its sunroof, a person is seen holding the Indian flag, honoring the arrival of our heroes to Mumbai. The background music playing the national song of India, “Vande Mataram,” adds a patriotic touch to the scene. Anand Mahindra’s X post read, “If the Scorpio could talk, I’m certain it would say that in its entire existence thus far, THIS moment was one of the most prestigious—and enjoyable. A Rise moment.”
Water Salute and Social Media Reactions
Adding to the grandeur, the Indian team also received a water salute at the Mumbai airport, with videos of the event going viral in no time. Following Anand Mahindra’s post, netizens were quick to express their emotions.
