Anand Mahindra shared the video of INS VIKRANT and he wrote a long caption to share his memories. The businessman wrote, “One of the most energising memories from my childhood is a visit on board our first aircraft carrier, INS Vikrant. I remember strong feeling of being safe & protected. Our Navy still makes me feel that way. On Navy Day, I bow low with gratitude.”

December 4 is Navy Day, an occasion marked by the Indian Navy to honour “Operation Trident,” the Navy’s daring attack on Karachi harbour in the War of 1971.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi sent greetings earlier in the day, stating that the navy’s dedication to defending India’s seas is evidence of their unwavering love and devotion to their country. He expressed his excitement about participating in the Navy Day event later on Monday in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra.
