Petrol And Diesel Price Update: Fuel prices in India stayed unchanged on Friday, despite a minor down in crude oil prices due to the reduction in the geopolitical risk premium following the release of some prisoners in Gaza. In India, the cost of petrol varies by state and is often between Rs 96 and Rs 106, while the cost of diesel stays between Rs 84 and Rs 94.
In the Gautam Budh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh (Noida-Greater Noida), the price of petrol was Rs 96.79 per litre this morning, while the price of diesel was Rs 89.96 per litre, according to government oil firms. The cost of a litre of fuel and diesel in Chandigarh stayed at Rs 96.20 and Rs 84.26, respectively.

- In Delhi, one liter of petrol is priced at ₹96.72, and diesel is ₹89.62 per liter.
- Chennai’s petrol costs ₹102.75 per liter, and diesel is available at ₹94.33 per liter.
- Mumbai sees petrol at ₹106.31 per liter and diesel at ₹94.27 per liter.
- Kolkata’s petrol is ₹106.03 per liter, and diesel is ₹92.76 per liter.
