Petrol And Diesel Price Update: On November 25, 2023, the prices of petrol and diesel in the country have been revised. This means that fuel will now be available at new rates. Since May 22, 2022, there has been no change in the national-level prices of petrol and diesel. Today, oil companies have also given relief to drivers. The prices of petrol and diesel vary across all cities in the country.
The price of petrol and diesel in India is determined based on the international crude oil prices. This week, there is a softening observed in the prices of crude oil. As of today, crude oil is priced at $76.89 per barrel. Approximately 158 liters of oil can be obtained from one barrel. After refining crude oil, petrol or diesel is extracted.
Rates of Petrol and Diesel in Major Cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Others
- In Delhi, one liter of petrol is priced at ₹96.72, and diesel is ₹89.62 per liter.
- Chennai’s petrol costs ₹102.75 per liter, and diesel is available at ₹94.33 per liter.
- Mumbai sees petrol at ₹106.31 per liter and diesel at ₹94.27 per liter.
- Kolkata’s petrol is ₹106.03 per liter, and diesel is ₹92.76 per liter.
Prices in Other Cities like Patna, Jaipur, etc.
- Patna: Petrol at ₹107.24 and diesel at ₹94.04 per liter.
- Lucknow: Petrol at ₹96.47 and diesel at ₹89.66 per liter.
- Hyderabad: Petrol at ₹109.66 and diesel at ₹97.82 per liter.
- Chandigarh: Petrol at ₹96.20 and diesel at ₹84.26 per liter.
- Noida: Petrol at ₹96.65 and diesel at ₹89.82 per liter.
- Gurugram: Petrol at ₹96.84 and diesel at ₹89.72 per liter.
- Bengaluru: Petrol at ₹101.94 and diesel at ₹87.89 per liter.
