On Wednesday, the third trading day of the week, the market started trading on the green mark. The 30-share Sensex of BSE opened at 58,158.56 with a gain of 524.91 points or 0.91 per cent, while the Nifty of NSE opened at 17,315.25 with a gain of 138.55 points or 0.81 per cent. On Tuesday, the Sensex closed with a sharp gain, while the Nifty, too, maintained its early gains till the end of trading.

On Tuesday, the stock market returned to the bright and after starting on the green mark, both the Sensex and Nifty indices closed sharply. At the end of trading, the Sensex closed at 57,633.65 with a gain of 886.51 points. On the other hand, Nifty also closed at the level of 17,176 with a gain of 264.45 points while trading on the green mark.
On Monday, the panic of the new Omicron variant of Corona was again seen on the stock market. Due to this, the market could not sustain the initial rally till the end and closed with a heavy fall at the end of trading. The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Sensex fell below 57,000, down 949.32 points. It had broken down and closed at the level of 56,747.14. Similarly, NSE’s Nifty also declined by about 284.45 points and closed below the level of 17000 and closed at the level of 16,912.25.
