Stock Market Today: GIFT Nifty on the NSE IX fell by 112 points and reached to 22,590, indicating that Dalal Street would have a poor start on Monday. Vodafone Idea announced on Friday that it intends to conduct the largest follow-on public offering, selling shares for up to Rs 18,000 crore. Under the FPO, the business will issue its shares at a price range of Rs 10–11 a share, which is lower than the closing price of Rs 12.96 on the BSE on Friday.

Tata Consultancy Services’ attrition rate has been declining over the course of the last several quarters, and it comfortably reached 12.5% in the fourth quarter. The Tata Group company anticipates a further 30–50 basis point decrease in attrition in the future. Executive vice president and chief human resources officer Milind Lakkad informed FE Rajesh Kurup in an interview that the company plans to hire 40,000 fresh graduates this year as well.

The trademark dispute between Emami and HUL regarding Glow & Handsome men’s fairness lotion may get more heated. Sources told FE that HUL might file a challenge against the single-bench ruling issued by the Calcutta High Court on April 9 restricting the use of the trademark as early as next week. Experts speculated that the appeal might be brought before a division bench of the court.
