Stock Market Today: In response to the NDA’s election victory, Indian markets saw a major 6% decline in the Sensex and Nifty. There were concerns expressed about socialist programmes. Kotak Securities advised traders to exercise caution. The performance of the Hang Seng futures and the Canadian markets fluctuated. The price of oil somewhat decreased. In early trade, the benchmark Nikkei 225 index fell by 219.16 points and declined to 38,618.30. However, the Topix index as a whole declined by 18.48 points and set to 2,769.00. Gift Nifty, the former SGX Nifty, denotes a prosperous beginning. At 22,050, Nifty futures on the Gift Nifty moved up 103 points.

Tata Motors
Part of the Tata Group, Tata Motors Limited is an Indian multinational automotive corporation with its headquarters located in Mumbai. The company manufactures buses, vans, lorries, and vehicles. The creation of a wholly-owned subsidiary to house the commercial vehicles division has been approved by the Tata Motors board. TML Commercial Vehicles Ltd (TMLCVL) is the suggested name of the new division put out by the firm.
Ashok Leyland
Located in Chennai, Ashok Leyland is a multinational automobile manufacturing based in India. The Hinduja Group is the current owner of it. India’s second-biggest producer of commercial vehicles is Ashok Leyland. Ashok Leyland, a heavy commercial vehicle manufacturer, has introduced the ‘Sarathi Suraksha’ Policy, which offers insurance coverage of up to Rs 10 lakh, with the goal of protecting the driver community.
