Stock Market Today: With the Gift Nifty trading at 25,286, a premium of almost 16 points over the previous closure of the Nifty futures, the Indian stock market indicators were off to a strong start while writing. Following gains in international markets, it is anticipated that the domestic equities market indices, the Sensex and Nifty 50, may open higher on Friday. The Nifty 50 closed 0.4% higher at 25,151.95, while the Sensex gained 349.05 points to conclude at 82,134.61. After robust GDP figures, Asian markets saw gains, and the US stock market closed neutral, with the Dow Jones reaching a new close.

SpiceJet
With a 4% market share, SpiceJet is an Indian low-cost airline that connects 73 destinations, including 60 domestic and 13 foreign, from its bases in Delhi and Hyderabad. It ranks sixth among Indian airlines in terms of the number of domestic passengers it carries. To guarantee the security of the airline’s operations, the aviation authority DGCA opted to put SpiceJet under heightened surveillance, which will involve more frequent spot checks and nighttime surveillance.
NTPC
Formerly known as National Thermal Power Corporation, NTPC Limited is a central Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) in India that generates energy and performs other functions. It is owned by the Ministry of Power and the Government of India. The PSU’s main office is located in New Delhi. The production and distribution of power to Indian State power Boards is the primary responsibility of NTPC. The 320 MW Bhainsara solar project in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, with a 160 MW capacity has been put into service, according to state-owned NTPC.
