Stock Market Today: A flat start is shown by the GIFT Nifty today. Ahead of Dalal Street’s opening bell, GIFT Nifty futures, a leading predictor of the Nifty 50 index, is up 21,25 points and reached at 23,420. After closing at 23,399, the NSE Nifty 50 has a 0.33% increase. Additionally, its third all-time closing high in as many sessions. The S&P BSE Sensex, meanwhile, rose by 0.27% and hit a new record high of 76,811. Due to the ongoing rise in technology companies, the S&P 500 and Nasdaq closed at all-time highs yesterday for the fourth day in a row. In the meantime, the US saw an increase in new claims for unemployment benefits last week, and a different study revealed an unexpected drop in producer prices for May.

Amjuba Cement
One of the top cement firms in India, Ambuja Cements Limited is a division of the diverse Adani Group and is well-known for its hassle-free homebuilding solutions. Cement is sold by the corporation under the Ambuja name. Ambuja Cement, a company owned by the Adani Group, said today that a legally binding deal has been signed to acquire Penna Cement (PCIL) for an enterprise value of Rs 10,422 crore.
Vodafone Idea
Vodafone Idea, also known as Vi (stylized as V!) is an Indian mobile network provider with its main offices situated in Gandhinagar and Mumbai. This integrated GSM operator covers the whole of India and provides 2G, 3G, 4G, VoLTE, LTE Advanced, and VoWiFi services. The board of Vodafone Idea authorised a plan to raise up to Rs 2,458 crore by issuing more than 166 crore fully paid-up equity shares in one or more preferential tranches.
