Stock Market Today: GIFT Nifty indicates a Quiet start; Tata Technologies, Jio Financial Services in focus

It appears that the Indian benchmark index has had a flat start based on the trends seen in Gift Nifty.

Stock Market Today: The Gift Nifty was trading at a premium of around 2 points from the previous close of the Nifty futures, at the 25,003 level. The trends observed in Gift Nifty also suggest that the Indian benchmark index has had a flat start. The Sensex finished at 81,711.76, up 14 points, while the Nifty 50 gained 7 points to settle at 25,017.75. The BSE Midcap and Smallcap indices both increased by half a percent, in contrast to the considerable advances made by the mid-cap and small-cap sectors.

Jio Financial Services

Initially a subsidiary of Reliance Industries (RIL), Jio Financial Services Ltd. is an Indian financial services firm. The business offers financial services, such as insurance broking and payment services. The RBI has granted its subsidiary Jio Finance an NBFC licence. In exchange for 8.1% cumulatively convertible preference shares, Jio Financial Services’ Jio Leasing Services (JLSL) invested Rs 67.5 crore in Reliance International Leasing IFSC.

Tata Technologies

Original equipment manufacturers of automobiles and aircraft, as well as businesses that make industrial machinery, can rely on Tata Technologies Limited, an Indian multinational product engineering company, for assistance with engineering and design, product lifecycle management, manufacturing, product development, and IT service management. In a block deal on Tuesday, TPG sold a 3% share in Tata Technologies for Rs 1,230 crore through its investment vehicle Rise Climate Sf Pte Ltd.
