Stock Market Today: The GIFT Nifty on the NSE IX fell 211.5 points and reached to 21,856, indicating that Dalal Street was likely to have not a good start to the day. Three stocks saw noteworthy movements, either by setting new year or all-time highs, or by seeing major breakouts in volume or price. JustDial reached new record highs, rising by almost 13%, Jio Financial Services closed higher by more than 4%, and Bharti Airtel closed higher by more than 4% as well. The NSE Nifty50 index finished below the 22,000 mark, and the S&P BSE Sensex closed 0.62% lower at 72,488, as well. Bharti Airtel, PVR INOX, Oberoi Realty April Future, CG Power, and Olectra Greentech are the six stock suggestions for Friday.

Tata Motors
Under a new government initiative that reduces import duties for businesses willing to establish local manufacturing, the Tata group auto major intends to import its luxury electric Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) vehicles. Under a March regulation, import taxes on some EV models are reduced from 100% to 15% if an automaker invests at least $500 million and establishes a domestic manufacturing within three years.
Infosys
Exporter of software services Infosys predicted lower annual revenue on Thursday due to client spending pressure on discretionary projects resulting from global macroeconomic uncertainties. In Q4, revenue increased by merely 1%, but profit increased by 30%.
HDFC Life
The net profit for Q4FY24 increased 14.7% YoY to Rs 411.66 crore from Rs 358.66 crore in Q4FY23. Following the loss of tax incentives on high-value life insurance policies, the Value of New Business (VNB) Margin shrank to 26.10 percent during the reporting quarter from 29.30 percent due to the high base effect.
