Cipla
Medpro Pharmaceutical (Pty) Ltd. was granted general banking facilities by First Rand Bank, South Africa, with the execution of a facility demand guarantee of ZAR 945 million by the pharmaceutical company. In South Africa, Medpro is a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Cipla.
NBCC
A memorandum of understanding has been signed between NBCC and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The planning, designing, and construction of ICAI’s buildings, as well as renovation projects in several Indian locations, have been awarded. The work will be finished by NBCC for a PMC fee equal to 6.5 percent of the project’s total cost.
SBI Cards and Payment Services
The credit card issuing company stated that the Reserve Bank of India’s tighter regulations on consumer lending and bank credit to NBFCs on November 16 would affect the capital adequacy ratios for banks and NBFCs, and would reduce capital adequacy by approximately 4 percent for SBI Card.
