Stock Market Today: GIFT Nifty on the NSE IX fell 13.5 points, or 0.06 percent, to 21,791.5 on Monday, indicating that Dalal Street was off to a good start. Nifty surpasses 21,735 points, while the Sensex gains 70 points. On the daily chart, the Nifty finished 52 points higher on Friday. Analysts state that since the pattern was formed during range-bound movement, sharp negative implications cannot be anticipated. As investors braced for U.S. and Chinese inflation data and a corporate reporting season where strong results are required to justify high stock valuations, Asian share markets dragged on Monday.

Cipla arm An agreement between Cipla Technologies and Pulmatrix Inc. regarding the development and commercialization of pulmazole has been completed.
JSW Steel
The company’s subsidiary has received ownership of forest land for an integrated steel plant from the Odisha government. The Odisha government leases the non-forest land to arm JSW Utkal Steel.
Tata Steel
In the quarter that ended in December, Tata Steel produced 5.32 million tonnes, an increase of 6%. Over the same period, delivery volumes to India increased by 3% to 4.88 mt.
Shree Cement
In response to reports of a tax demand of Rs 4,000 crore, Shree Cement clarified that it has not heard from the Income Tax Department.
