Top 5 Stocks Of The Day: The top gainers on the list of Nifty includes Axis Bank, SBI, Dr. Reddy’s Labs, JSW Steel and Nestle India. Whereas Kotak Mahindra Bank, LTIMindtree, HUL, SBI Life Insurance, and Titan Company are among the the top losers. With the exception of real estate, every sector’s index finished higher, with the PSU Bank index rising by about 4%. Both the smallcap and midcap indices on the BSE saw gains of around 0.5 percent.

Sensex and NSE Nifty50
The Nifty was up 167.90 points and reached to 22,570.30 at the closing. However the Sensex was up 486.50 points and reached at 74,339.44. On April 25, Indian benchmark indices saw gains for the fifth straight day, driven by purchases in all sectors except some including real estate and few others.
