Top 5 stocks of the day: Adani Enterprises, Adani Ports, BPCL, Hindalco Industries, and Divis Labs suffered the worst losses on the Nifty, while IndusInd Bank, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Bharti Airtel, Asian Paints, and NTPC saw gains. Metal, oil and gas, power, capital goods, automobiles, information technology, PSU banks, and other industries all saw declines of 2% to 2%, while FMCG and real estate each saw declines of 0.6 percent. The BSE midcap and smallcap indices both lost more than 1%.
Sensex and NSE Nifty50
On June 23, benchmark indices finished lower for the second day in a row, with Nifty hovering around 18,650. At the time of closing, the Nifty was trading at 18,665.50 while the Sensex was down 105.80 points, or 0.56%, at 62,979.37. A total of 1147 shares increased, 2228 shares decreased, and 138 shares were constant.

Aether Industries raises Rs 750 crore via QIP issue
The allocation of 80.12 lakh equity shares to 36 eligible institutional buyers at the issue price of Rs 936 per share was approved by the fund-raising committee, according to Aether Industries, and raised Rs 750 crore.
Some of the investors in Aether via the QIP issue include SBI Mutual Fund, Axis Mutual Fund, Edelweiss Mutual Fund, Goldman Sachs Funds, Bandhan Mutual Fund, Invesco MF, 360 One Focused Equity Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, and Societe Generale.
