In the chaotic session on July 10, benchmark indices saw minor increases. The Nifty was up 24.10 points or 0.12% at 19,355.90 at closure, and the Sensex was up 63.72 points or 0.10% at 65,344.17. 2123 shares fell, 1454 shares rose, and 144 shares remained unchanged.

PFC subsidiary incorporates SPV
For the transmission projects in Uttar Pradesh, PFC Consulting (PFCCL), a subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation, has established a special purpose vehicle (SPV) called Jewar Transmission.
The successful bidder chosen through an international competitive bidding process must be transferred under tariff-based competitive bidding guidelines for transmission service issued by the Ministry of Power to the SPV, which will undertake various preparatory activities of the transmission projects.
