With bids for 70.05 lakh shares against the issue size of 1.7 crore shares, Blue Jet Healthcare’s Rs 840.27 crore initial public offering (IPO) has been subscribed 0.41 times since it started for business on October 25. While high net worth individuals selected 0.67 times the allocated quota, retail investors purchased 0.54 times. The public offering consists solely of promoters’ offer-for-sale (OFS) of more than 2.4 crore equity shares; there is no new issue component. Rs 329-346 per share has been set as the price range for the issuance, which will end on October 27. November 6 is anticipated to see the stock go live on the exchanges.
