Battery and Motor
A 71.7kWh battery pack supplies electricity to a 95PS and 180Nm e-motor that powers the BYD E6. Its stated range (WLTC) is 415 kilometres in mixed driving conditions and 520 kilometres in cities.
With a 60kWh charger, the BYD E6 can be charged to 100% in 1.5 hours and to 30% in 35 minutes. The EV needs 12 hours to fully recharge using a 6.6kWh AC charger.
Features
A 10-inch rotating touchscreen, manual six-way front seats, a four-way steering wheel, and auto air conditioning are all included in the e6’s feature set. Four airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability programme (ESP), tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and hill-assist all contribute to the protection of passengers.
