After separate raids in Bihar, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has raided a site in Gurugram. According to media reports, the CBI has conducted these raids at Urban Cubes Mall in Gurugram. It is being told that this mall belongs to Lalu Yadav’s son Tejashwi Yadav and his close ones. CBI has taken this action in the case of land in lieu of job.
According to the information, the CBI team also reached Urban Cubes Mall located in Sector-71 of Gurugram. The mall is currently under construction. The primary information is that the team will reach around 10 am on Wednesday. It is being told that Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav has a stake in the mall. Urban Cube Sector-71 Mall is being constructed by White Land Corporation Limited.
Raids at the houses of four big RJD leaders in Bihar
Earlier, CBI has raided the house of four big RJD leaders. According to the information, apart from RJD MPs Ashfaq Karim, Fayaz Ahmed, the CBI has raided the residence of MLC Sunil Singh and former MLC Subodh Rai for alleged land in the job scam.
In this case, CBI has conducted raids in Bihar for the third time. Earlier, former RJD MLA and Lalu Yadav’s OSD Bhola Yadav was arrested by the CBI. Raids were also conducted at many of their places. At the same time, MLC Sunil Singh has accused the BJP on the CBI raid. He called the raid politically motivated. Said, this is being done intentionally. It doesn’t make any sense. They are doing this thinking that out of fear the MLAs will come in their favor.
Allegation of taking land in lieu of giving job
Actually, this case is related to the railway recruitment scam of the year 2004-2009. It is alleged that when Lalu Yadav was the Railway Minister, he was asked to give land in lieu of a job.
Since there was a risk in taking money, land was taken in lieu of job. At the same time, the responsibility of carrying out such illegal work was given to Lalu’s then OSD Bhola Yadav.
