Season 3: Netflix is bringing back third season of several popular web series. It announced on Tuesday that shows including Mismatched, Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives, Delhi Crime, Kota Factory, and She will all have a third season. Barring Kota Factory, all other above mentioned series premiered their second seasons in 2022. The streaming platform announced that looking at popularity of these shows and on fans demand, it was bringing back these series.
Netflix India shared a video announcement on YouTube, and revealed that it was renewing four popular dramas and one reality series for a third season. The caption along with the video stated, “Psstttt…. We have an announcement. They say the third time’s a charm and we took it seriously! Your favourite shows like Mismatched, Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives, Delhi Crime, Kota Factory & SHE return for a much awaited Season 3! Streaming soon, only on Netflix!”
Delhi Crime
Starring Shefali Shah, the series follows Delhi police officers as they investigate high-profile crimes in the national capital.
Shefali Shah also shared the Netflix India announcement on Instagram and wrote, “Madam sir is coming back with Delhi Crime Season 3 Only on @netflix_in.” Actor Dhrashti Dhami commented, “Can’t wait !!!!! (clapping hands emojis).” A fan commented , “Can’t wait for this. Ive watched delhi crime both seasons in repeat mode.”
Mismatched
The series is based on Sandhya Menon’s 2017 novel When Dimple Met Rishi. It stars Prajakta Koli and Rohit Saraf. The actors shared a joint Instagram post to declare, “We weren’t ready to say goodbye yet, so we’re coming back for you! #MismatchedS03 (heart emoji).” The actors also shared a smiley selfie of themselves while they were promoting Season 2. The first season premiered on November 20, 2020, while the second series premiered on October 14, 2022.
Kota Factory
Directed by Raghav Subbu, Kota Factory follows Vaibhav, a young student, on his journey to Kota’s leading training institutes, and how he tries to balance his friendships and the looming pressure of getting into IIT.
Jitendra Kumar, Mayur More, Ranjan Raj, Alam Khan, Ahsaas Channa, Revathi Pillai, and Urvi Singh star in the show.
She
Imtiaz Ali’s wrote and directed She. It stars Aaditi Pohankar in the lead role of an undercover Mumbai cop. Tipping Point and Window Seat Films of Viacom 18 Studios produced it.
Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives
The show follows the lives of four Bollywood wives: Maheep Kapoor (Sanjay Kapoor’s wife), Bhavana Pandey (Chunky Panday’s wife), Seema Khan (Sohail Khan’s wife), and Neelam Kothari (wife of Samir Soni).
