Corona-Virus Latest update- According to State health Department, 12,614 new Covid-19 cases, 6,844 recoveries & 322 deaths reported in Maharashtra today, taking the total number of cases in the state to 5,84,754.
While Punjab records 1,033 new Covid-19 cases today, taking the total number of cases to 30,041 including 10,407 active cases and 771 deaths: State health department.
Bihar Covid-19 tally crosses one lakh, death toll rises to 515, reports PTI.
Now Bihar on Saturday became the eighth state in the country to have reported more than one lakh COVID-19 cases. The state’s COVID-19 death toll rose to 515 after 15 people succumbed to the disease, a bulletin issued by the department said. With 3,536 fresh infections, the total caseload of Bihar has gone up to 1,01,906, it said. The state also conducted record 1.61 lakh sample tests in the last 24 hours.
Delhi reports 1276 new cases, tally rises to 1,51,928- Delhi reports 1276 new COVID19 positive cases, 1143 discharges/recoveries and 10 deaths today. Total number of cases rise to 151928 including 136251 recovered/discharged/migrated cases, 11489 active cases and 4188 deaths.
Once we get vaccine, Covid warriors will be first ones to get dose: MoS Health
“Our scientists are working very hard on it. Three vaccines against Covid-19 are in various stages of testing. And, if we do succeed in getting a vaccine, our Covid warriors will be the first one to receive the dose,” the minister of state for health said.
