FIR Against Punjab Police: A new twist has come in the case of arrest of BJP leader Tajinder Singh Bagga. A case of kidnapping has been registered against Punjab Police in Delhi. Delhi Police has registered an FIR. A case of kidnapping has been registered against the police officers and jawans who have arrested Bagga. The father of Tajinder Singh Bagga lodged an FIR against the Punjab Police at Delhi’s Janakpuri police station.
Tajinder Singh Bagga’s father alleged that the Punjab Police forcibly took away his son from the house and also manhandled him. Bharatiya Janata Party’s state president Adesh Gupta was also present with him on the occasion of registering the FIR in the police station.
Tajinder Singh Bagga had filed a petition in the Punjab Haryana High Court against the FIR of the Punjab Police, whose hearing was to be held tomorrow. But the judge went on leave. BJP will protest outside Aam Aadmi Party’s office today against Bagga’s arrest.

Sections 153-A (promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, caste, place) , 505 (publishing or disseminating statement, rumor or report) and 506 (criminal intimidation) against Tajinder Singh Bagga A case was registered under sections.
It is worth noting that the Punjab Police has taken this action against Bagga on the basis of the case registered in Mohali on 1 April 2022. The Punjab Police had registered this case on the complaint of AAP spokesperson Sunny Singh Ahluwalia. According to the complaint of Sunny Singh Ahluwalia, Tajinder Singh Bagga wants to harm Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and is provoking people for it.
