A frame-mounted motor with a maximum output of 8.5 kW and 58 Nm of torque powers the S1 Pro. The electric scooter can go from zero to 40 kilometres per hour in just 2.9 seconds and can reach a top speed of 116 kilometres per hour. With its included 4kWh battery pack, it has a True Range (promised real-world range) of up to 170km (Eco Mode). The reported ARAI range, however, is 181 km.
The S1 Pro has a large 36-litre under-seat storage compartment (34 litres on the Air model), an all-LED lighting system, and a 7-inch TFT instrument cluster with smartphone connectivity, Bluetooth, GPS, and Wifi connectivity. Additional features include cruise control, reverse gear, get home mode, take me home lights, side-stand-down and anti-theft warning, geofencing, reverse mode, and a limp home mode. Additionally, the e-scooter features a reverse mode, a seven-inch touchscreen display with smartphone connectivity, numerous ride profiles, music and call control, multiple riding moods (which alter the layout of the console and the motor sound), and party mode, in which the scooter’s speaker plays music from the connected smartphone. A 6.4kW peak power PMSM electric motor powers the Ather 450X. The car claims to reach 90 kmph and accelerate from 0 to 40 kmph in 3.3 seconds. Its rear wheel is driven by a belt drive system. A full charge of its 3.7kWh IP67 lithium-ion battery on the Pro-pack model takes 5 hours and 40 minutes. While utilising a home charger, the regular variant requires 15 hours and 20 minutes to fully recharge.
An improved seven-inch touchscreen display, a 1.3 GHz Snapdragon CPU, and an Android Open Source operating system are all used in the Ather 450X Gen 3 device. In addition to having an embedded 4G LTE SIM, it has Bluetooth connectivity for controlling music and calls. Not to mention the Ather 450’s current features, which include over-the-air software updates, Google Maps navigation, and digital document storage. Even more impressively, the redesigned electric scooter now has Autohold (hill hold control), which enables you to keep your Ather motionless on severe inclines without applying the brakes. The removable 3.94kWh lithium-ion battery powering the Vida V1 Pro has a range of 165 km, while the V1 Plus has a 3.44kWh unit with a range of 142 km. Both variations have an 80kmph upper speed restriction. The Pro model can accelerate from 0 to 40 km/h in 3.2 seconds, while the Plus model can do it in 3.4 seconds.
The cost of the electric scooter Vida V1 Pro has increased by 6,000 after the price increase. The electric scooter’s suggested retail price in Mumbai is 1,45,900 (ex-showroom). In contrast, it would be offered at 1,25,900 (ex-showroom) in other cities such as Delhi, Ahmedabad, Surat, and Vadodara.
