Ex-Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria joins UP Defence Industrial Corridor as Chief Nodal Office

Former Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria has appointed chief nodal officer of the UP Defence Industrial Corridor by the UP Expressways Industrial Development Authority on Thursday (UPEIDA).

According to government sources, Bhadauria’s knowledge would facilitate the project’s acceleration because of his commitment to fostering the “domestic defense and aerospace sector.”

There will be six nodes along the Defense Industrial Corridor: Lucknow, Kanpur, Jhansi, Agra, Aligarh, and. Chitrakoot. Land banks in Chitrakoot are still having trouble luring private investment, while the land bank in the Aligarh district was depleted shortly after it was notified.
