Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan tied the knot with girlfriend Natasha Dalal on Sunday and the wedding has been the talk of the town. While the duo hadn’t released any official statement regarding their marriage beforehand, it was in the knowledge of one and all that the Bollywood heartthrob is sealing the deal with his ladylove. I Varun made the wedding official as he shared a couple of pictures from his intimate ceremony in Alibaug on his Instagram.
Let’s have a look at some of the heartwarming pictures from the wedding that have made their way on the internet.
Varun took to Instagram to share first pictures from him Haldi ceremony. One of the pictures shows Varun shirtless donning shades as he flaunts his biceps decked in haldi from head to toe, while in the other picture, the actor is seen posing with his buddies.
Varun and Natasha’s sangeet ceremony was organised by filmmaker Karan Johar. The event reportedly saw performances from Bollywood biggies including Janhvi Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Arjun Kapoor among others. While their pictures have not been shared on the internet, actress Zoa Morani has shared a few pictures from the ceremony along with the couple and others.
A few pictures of Varun Dhawan from his bachelor party also made rounds on the internet wherein he is seen chilling with his best men.
While we have usually seen Indian customs making it mandatory for the bride to wear red lehengas, Natasha, who self-designed her lehenga, opted for an ivory ensemble. Varun, too, perfectly complimented her with identical sherwani. The couple was seen holding hands in hands as they took their pheras.
Varun talks fondly about his lady love. Recently, in an interaction with Kareena Kapoor Khan on her show What Women Want, recalling the moment when he fell in love with Natasha, the actor said, “I actually met Natasha in the 6th standard. We were friends till 11-12th. We were very close friends. I remember seeing her for the first time. We went to Maneckji Cooper. It was on the basketball court that I saw her and I fell in love with her that day. That was it! She rejected me 3-4 times, but I didn’t give up hope.”
