GoGO A1 EV Kit: Mumbai Based startup company, Gogo A1 has launched its RTO Approved and more cost efficient electric vehicle conversion kit in the market. This retrofitment kit is designed for more than 50 popular Two-wheeler models in India, which includes more than 45 models of two-wheeler offering from Hero Honda, Hero Motocorp, Honda and brands like Scooter India, thiis kit is also suitable for 5 Variants of Honda Activa.
Although, the startup has not released the specifications and exact price of this electric conversion kit, but when we look into the website of the brand, we get to know that the price of Honda Activa conversion Kit is Rs 19000 which comes with a 1.6 kWh LFP battery which provides the drive range of 60 km with the top speed of 40 km per hour, you need to pay extra Rs. 6500 for the charger of the EV kit.
Electric conversion kit costs around Rs. 29999 for the motorcycle, 1.6 kWh LFP battery for Rs. 30000, loT system for battery costs around Rs. 5000 and chargern comes with the price tag of Rs. 65000. There would be an extra charge of Rs. 5000 in the installation and RTO Approval.
The Startup aims to have a significant contribution in the electric mobility solution in Indian and to colllect 10 Crore funding pre series A funding. GoGo A1 claims that they have converted many petrol, diesel and ICE vehicles into Environment friendly Electric vehicles.
Gogo A1 has been shortlisted for retrofitting mission by Delhi Government to convert more than 15 year old ICE Vehicles. Alongside, the brand also aims to introduce new brands under its umbrella.
