According to the news of The New York Post, an employee of the Google Cloud Sales Department told that there has been a warning from the senior executive that if the quarterly results are not good, then ‘there will be blood on the streets’ which means be ready for layoffs. Employees are very worried after this news. Google has kept the hiring process frozen this month without any announcement.
Earlier this month, Google CEO Sundar Pichai said that company are not satisfied by the employees work they do.
According to Pichai, Google’s product is below its potential. The company’s earnings in the second quarter of 2022 have decreased compared to the first quarter. Pichai wants the employees to work in mission mode.
