Fruits are considered an excellent source of energy, nutrients, water, fibres, vitamins, and antioxidants. No need to worry about the sugar found in fruits. The natural sugars are not harmful for your body. Fruit sugar is not a matter of concern but, fruit sugar is counted in your daily calorie intake. Fruits that are high in sugar are being mentioned for diabetic patients. Those who want to control their blood sugar must take care of which fruits have high sugar content. For diabertic patients and those who are following weight loss regime, fruits containing more sugar are mentioned.
High Sugar Fruits
1. Mango
A medium-sized mango contains a total of 45 grams of sugar. Do not chose mangoes or reduce sugar intake if you’re planning to lose weight. You can enjoy one or two pieces, but more than that will not be good.
2. Grapes
A cup of grapes contains 23 grams of sugar. To consume less sugar, cut it in half and eat it slowly. You can cut and deep fry grapes to use in making smoothies, shakes, and oatmeal.

A medium-sized pear contains about 17 grams of sugar.Instead of eating full pear add a few pieces to your yoghurt or place it on the top of your favourite salad.
Low Sugar Fruits
1.Guava
Medium-sized guava contains 5 grams of sugar and 3 grams of fiber. Eat guava with peels, to gain more fiber. Also include it in your smoothie and shake or eat it without mixing it.
2.Papaya
A piece of papaya contains six grams of sugar. Enjoy it by squeezing a little lemon and sprinkling a little sea salt on top of it. You can also include it in your yogurt.
