However, 43 patients have died due to corona infection here in the last 24 hours, which is the highest number of deaths in a day in Delhi in the third wave. Delhi has reported the highest number of deaths in a single day after June 10.

Meanwhile, the number of coronavirus cases has increased in India in the last 24 hours. The number of new cases of corona across the country has crossed the level of three lakhs. During the last 24 hours on Thursday, 3,17,532 new Covid-19 cases were registered across the country. Earlier, 2.82 lakh cases were registered on Wednesday. The infection rate has gone above 16 percent. Along with this, the cases of the new variant of the virus Omicron have also increased beyond 9 thousand.
