In the country’s capital Delhi, 12,306 new corona cases have been registered in the last 24 hours while the positivity rate is 21.48%. In the last 24 hours, new cases have also come down in Delhi and the positivity rate has also come down.

However, 43 patients have died due to corona infection here in the last 24 hours, which is the highest number of deaths in a day in Delhi in the third wave. Delhi has reported the highest number of deaths in a single day after June 10.

The infection rate has gone above 16 percent. Along with this, the cases of the new variant of the virus Omicron have also increased beyond 9 thousand.
