Delhi Covid Update: Positivity rate 0.10 percent, records 34 Covid-19 cases

In the country’s capital Delhi, 34 new cases of Covid-19 have been reported in the last 24 hours, while no patient died of corona infection during this period. The total death toll from corona in Delhi is currently 25,088. The corona infection rate in Delhi at present is 0.1 percent. The number of active patients is 398, out of which there are 118 patients in home isolation.

The rate of active corona patients is 0.027 percent while the recovery rate is 98.23 percent.

With 34 cases reported in the last 24 hours, the total number of corona cases in Delhi has gone up to 14,39,000. In the last 24 hours, 22 patients were discharged and the total number of people recovered is 14,13,514. 34,038 tests done in 24 hours, the total number of tests is 2,78,90,198 (RTPCR test 26,258 antigen 7780).

The number of containment zones is 93 while the corona death rate is 1.74 percent.

Like Delhi, the number of new cases of Coronavirus is decreasing in India too. In the last 24 hours, 20,799 new cases of Covid-19 have been reported across the country. Also there has been a decrease in active cases. The number of active cases in the country is below one percent (0.78 percent) of the total cases, which is the lowest since March 2020.

At the same time, 180 corona infected have died during the last 24 hours. So far, a total of 4,48,997 people have lost their lives due to Corona.
