Ingredients:

Bajra flour

Hot water

Ghee

Procedure:

To make bajra roti,take bajra flour  first  and sprinkle hot water and start kneading it as it is quite soft. Then take a small dough and press it in your hands. Now you can make roti with the help of palms and make sure that the roti should not break while making it. While pressing the hands, gradually enlarge the roti. Then put this roti on a griddle and cook on both sides. After making, add ghee to it and serve to everyone. Applying white butter on bajra roti enhances its taste.
