2.Carrot: Carrot is extremely beneficial for the eyes.You can include carrot in your daily diet to improve your eyesight.To keep eyesight good for a long time drink carrot juice mixed with amla juice.
3.Rosewater: A common desi remedy to treat eye-related problems.The anti-inflammatory properties of rose water help to get rid of conjunctivitis or ‘pink eye’ and inflammation.Dip a piece of clean cotton in rose water and rub it gently on closed eyelids.Then you can put a few drops of rose water in your eyes.
4.Honey: Use fresh amla with a teaspoon of honey to improve your eyesight and for the overall benefit of your eyes.Consume it immediately after waking up in the morning.If you don’t get fresh amla you can use amla powder.
